Both the technology used and the object of its proposal represent great economic, social, technological and many other interests. Taking this into account, the chosen research topic seems very relevant and interesting. The work uses a fairly wide range of methods of strategic analysis, marketing analysis, business planning, performance assessment and qualitative risk assessment of projects. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the essence, approaches, models and technologies of digital transformation and video analytics, as well as the analysis of trends in these areas. In the practical part of the work, based on market research, the use of strategic analysis and business planning tools, a project model was built and the feasibility of its implementation was assessed from the standpoint of economic efficiency. The cash flow model obtained in the dissertation is quite sufficient to analyze the effectiveness and risks of the project.
